How does the demo and free trial work?
We always start off by giving you a personal demo of maximum 60 min (on location or online).

Our product is very data-driven so much of the functionality is dependent on having data already in the account.

After the demo, we'll give you access to your own personal 14-day free trial.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Awesome, you decided to start using Officient!

Our customer success team will contact you shortly to schedule the onboarding. We only need a couple of hours to get you started.

During onboarding, we'll make sure to get your account set up, help you integrate all scattered HR data in Officient and follow-up on any questions you may have.
Do you offer support?

Of course we do. Support can be reached through the chat function within the HR-platform or e-mail.

To chat, simply click the blue message icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the HR-platform.
What about biling?
All our licenses come all-inclusive and are billed on a yearly basis.
